To meditate is to silence the noise around us and settle into the quiet space inside you. Connecting with your true self, pure love and pure peace. Connecting with higher levels of consciousness and awareness. Through meditation we can truly understand ourselves and or purpose.

Movement is medicine, not only to the physical body but to the spirit and mind as well. Release toxins and stress in the body while gaining physical strength and balance. Through yoga we find connection and acceptance of our bodies leading us into a overall balanced life style.

Mountain Soul retreats are centered around healing, breaking through limiting beliefs and finding time to restore. Slow down and make connections with like minded guests. While gaining insight on nutrition, and yogic practices. These retreats are a combination of rest, fun and exploration.
